At Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home; if you are not, you may return unused and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-cut fabrics and personalized textiles are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully fold the fabric to prevent creasing and place it in the original shipping bag or a sturdy box along with your printed return slip.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned textiles, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
